As a manager of my Charity’s Raffle, I agree to the Terms of Service, which includes the following:

1. I, or my charity, will handle distribution of tickets and prizing, and you will indemnify Charity 5050 Raffle for any claims made against it relating to prizing;
2. I, and my charity, will abide by all rules, regulations and laws relating to my use in the System, as well as conditions of my license from my regional lottery regulator;
3. Payments for my tickets, including payments to Charity 5050 Raffle for its services; shall be made through use of a third-party payment processor, Stripe;
