TELUS World of Science is excited to launch our next 50/50 Raffle in support of science education and the care of our animal ambassadors who live at the science centre.
The science centre works hard to provide on-site and virtual programs for everyone, as well as tending to our animal ambassadors. Providing quality care for our animals includes providing them with a species-specific nutritious diet, housing that encourages them to engage in natural behaviours, and facilitating a training and enrichment plant to keep them physically and cognitively healthy.
The Nature Exchange Exhibition is home to:
- George and Badger the sugar gliders (Petaurus breviceps)
- Alphie the corn snake (Pantherophis guttatus)
- Shelob the rose hair tarantula (Grammostola rosea)
- Tony the tiger salamander (Ambystoma tigrinum)
Buy a ticket for our 50/50 raffle and you could take home up to $10,000 and the other $10,000 will go to support science education and the care of our animal ambassadors at the science centre.
